Job description
Perform, approve, and review R&D testing of HVAC products. Support and direct Engineering Technicians during testing in psychometric test chambers. Take on small projects to support the R&D Testing Laboratory.
Coordinate testing, review test plans, ensure equipment and parts are available, work with Lab Technicians, analyze test data, and run small projects independently.
Requires excellent interpersonal relationship skills, good decision making and analytical problem-solving abilities, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and organizational skills.
