Job Description
The Director of Capture Management will lead capture efforts, oversee capture managers, conduct market analysis, and devise capture strategies to win contracts supporting DoD, US/foreign governments, and OEMs.
Requirements
- Win contracts supporting DoD, US/foreign governments, and OEMs, and develop strategies to grow these markets
- Develops and supports the creation and pursuit of a capture pipeline in accordance with AAR strategic goals
- Contributes and recommends business and marketing strategies to achieve maximum penetration consistent with Company financial objectives
- Must have ability to obtain up to Top Secret level clearance
- Must have knowledge of Shipley Capture and Proposal Management processes
- Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or fifteen years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
