Director of Capture Management

The Director of Capture Management is responsible for leading capture efforts, overseeing capture managers, conducting market analysis, and devising capture strategies to win contracts supporting DoD, US/foreign governments, and OEMs.

Requirements

• 8 years of related professional experience in defense or the defense industry with a focus on Product Support and Integration, Engineering Services, CLS, and/or supply chain management
• Knowledge of Shipley Capture and Proposal Management processes
• Ability to obtain up to Top Secret level clearance
• Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or fifteen years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
