Job Description
The Director of Capture Management is responsible for leading capture efforts, overseeing capture managers, conducting market analysis, and devising capture strategies to win contracts supporting DoD, US/foreign governments, and OEMs.
Requirements
- 8 years of related professional experience in defense or the defense industry with a focus on Product Support and Integration, Engineering Services, CLS, and/or supply chain management is required.
- Knowledge of Shipley Capture and Proposal Management processes is required.
- Must have ability to obtain up to Top Secret level clearance.
- Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or fifteen years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
