We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The role involves leading client engagements focused on leveraging Salesforce to optimize business processes, enhance constituent experiences, and modernize legacy systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at various levels
- Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client location
