Job Description
AArete is a global management and technology consulting firm seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to lead client engagements focused on leveraging Salesforce to optimize business processes, enhance constituent experiences, and modernize legacy systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications
