Agile Coach

Abacus Insights is hiring an Agile Coach to transform how data works for health plans. The role involves coaching globally distributed teams to achieve sustainable high performance through disciplined agility, data-driven retrospection, and human-centered leadership. As an Agile Coach, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to build self-organizing, continuously improving teams.

Requirements

• Typically has 10+ years in software delivery, including 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Deep expertise in Scrum, Lean, XP, Agile principles, and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong in project management skills and product development experience in agile organizations.
• Familiarity with systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and feedback-driven learning.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coaching from globally reputed organizations.
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to create psychological safety while sustaining team velocity.
• Experience coaching through servant leadership, not authority.
