Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 2 years of experience in lead generation and outbound sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to support the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, Telesales Rep, or in outbound sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong research and qualification skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
