Job Description
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with an IT background to drive business growth by selling complex enterprise technology solutions.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned enterprise accounts or regions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Understand client business challenges and position appropriate technology solutions.
- Lead client meetings, solution presentations, product demos, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical Consultants, and Product teams to tailor solutions for clients.
- Manage sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client executives, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
