Job description
Abacus Technology is seeking a Senior Engineer to provide technical support for the Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TAAS) program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position. The Senior Engineer will apply engineering theories, principles, concepts, standards, and methods to extend or modify theories, concepts, and assumptions.
The Senior Engineer will resolve unique or novel problems, provide expert advice, apply digital engineering concepts, evaluate new technology, investigate issues, develop new standards, and perform needs analysis.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in an engineering role, a Master's degree in a related field, and experience with systems integration and testing. The candidate should be able to exercise judgment and ingenuity, develop new standards, and advocate recommendations.
