Job description
Abacus Technology is seeking a Senior Structures Engineer to provide technical support at Westover ARB. This is a full-time position. The role involves performing systems engineering, developing and deploying processes, and ensuring weapon systems are integrated, manufactured, and operationally safe.
The Senior Structures Engineer will perform systems engineering, review and analyze technical proposals, provide system integration guidance, and conduct systems analyses. They will also assist in conducting performance effectiveness and cost effectiveness assessments.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in systems engineering, including at least 5 years supporting DoD programs. They will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and be able to apply an understanding of DoD, AF, and common engineering/scientific principles.
