We are recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at a renowned private members nightclub. The ideal candidate will come from a hotel/club or quality restaurant background and assist the head chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Hotel/club or quality restaurant background
• Assist head chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Ordering and stock control experience
• Menu development skills
• Staff training and development experience
