The Administrative Assistant will support the administrative needs of two departments and provide project coordination to their direct reports. The role involves meeting arrangements, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in providing administrative support to leaders at the top level of an organization and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 5 years In providing administrative support to leaders at the top level of an organization
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite products i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as Visio, Photshop, PowerPoint, Project
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations and/or communications tactfully and professionally
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Able to work with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and operate with a sense of urgency as required
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
