As a Quality Training Supervisor, you will lead and provide training expertise to employees to ensure continued compliance with Quality Management System and administration of the divisional Learning Management System. This role will be responsible for delivering continuous improvement for divisional and site training processes and systems to meet long-term business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Education, Science Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design, equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years in Medical Device or other FDA regulated industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years in management of direct resources with a proven ability to work successfully cross-functionally and collaboratively to problem solve, initiate and manage projects, influence internal and external groups and provide leadership from a quality perspective.
- Firm knowledge of CFR 820, ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.
- Highly developed written, oral and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, ability to evaluate complex processes, ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers and vendors; ability to establish strategic direction and lead change.
