Senior Supervisor, Quality Control

The Senior Supervisor, Quality Control is responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system, ensuring quality and compliance of manufacturing/production processes, and promoting a safe work environment. They will supervise, train, and develop nonexempt personnel, manage resources, and provide leadership for the team to achieve quality, production, and safety goals.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations
• Minimum 5 years related work experience
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting the manufacture of Medical Devices
• Ability to make decisions with sound judgment and execute on such decisions with quantifiable results
• Ability to find solutions to difficult problems and/or the ability to find resources to solve such problems
