Job Description
As the Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing Quality Control at ARC'TERYX, you will ensure Arc'teryx brand integrity through the development and maintenance of quality management systems while leading and developing a strong production quality team.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing and quality with experience in a leadership role
- 2+ years’ experience developing and/or executing quality management systems
- Motivated problem solver with thorough understanding of RCA and CAPA methods
- Experience in interpreting and analyzing data to communicate and drive decisions
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to tactfully manage multiple interests and priorities
