Senior Manager Operations

The Senior Manager Operations role works out of our Temecula, CA location in the AVD Vascular division, and is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring all production activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization's resources and meet established production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 10 years Related experience
• Knowledge of regulations and standards of medical devices
• Manufacturing experience with companies engaged in the manufacture of high quality, FDA regulated products
• Proven leadership skills, results oriented, highly collaborative, team player, and self-starter who can operate in a fast pace environment
• Experience in state-of-the-art, multi-step, high volume, process control manufacturing and process development
• Experience with ISO 9001/CE Mark requirements
• Manufacturing management experience in manufacturing planning, documented systems, GMP, and quality
