Senior Manager, Business Operations, Lingo

Abbott is a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to lead high priority growth initiatives in our Lingo Division. The role will serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership, driving the development and execution of high-impact initiatives and managing a team of data analysts.

Requirements

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of comparable experience in BizOps, General Management, Growth, or as Chief of Staff within a technology company, startup, and/or within the wellness/health tech industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite audiences
• Deep expertise in building and running operating cadences (Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Financial Forecasts) for complex, scaled business units
• Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to distill complex data sets into clear, actionable executive-level insights
