Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive HR business partner experience
• Demonstrated ability to leverage business acumen and interpersonal savvy to influence senior business leaders
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
• Excellent analysis and decision-making skills
