Manager, Business HR

Abbott is a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life. The company has an opportunity for a Manager, Business HR role supporting Global Operations & Quality organizations across several US-based Manufacturing Sites. The role will be based out of Sylmar, CA, and requires occasional travel. As a Manager, BHR, you will partner with site Operations and Quality leadership teams to drive business objectives and deliver strong results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years Human Resources Experience with a heavy focus on team development and coaching leaders
• Demonstrated success as HR Partner in areas of Engagement, Employee Relations, Compensation, Learning & Development, and Talent Management.
• Demonstrated experience in building strong client relations.
• Previous Manufacturing, Operations, or Quality support experience preferred.
