Job Description
AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, Organizational Excellence to partner with leaders and teams to prepare the organization for the future and increase performance. The role will consult on, design and deliver solutions in organization design, strategy, team effectiveness, culture and process optimization.
Requirements
- Consult with leaders across AbbVie globally and in all Functions
- Assess the root causes and deliver key insights to the organization
- Deliver holistic organizational approaches and solutions
- Facilitate live and virtual solutions
- Advise, influence, and coach senior leaders and HR partners
- Collaborate to create a data-driven culture within OE
- Participate in creating new tools and methodologies
