Director, Organizational Design

As the Director, Organizational Design, you will partner with leaders and teams to drive organizational design efforts throughout AbbVie. These efforts will increase performance in our quickly evolving business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, required; Master’s Degree, a plus
• Significant background/experience in internal consulting, influencing and collaborating globally and with all levels of leaders, instructional design and facilitation, organizational design principles and application, team effectiveness principles, design, and facilitation
• Proven, strong performer with leadership experience in multiple aspects of the business and a record of driving business performance in times of change
