Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial dish washing machines and chemical dispensing equipment to customers. They ensure high service standards, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a professional and timely work environment. This role involves preventative maintenance, repair, and technical problem-solving.
Requirements
- Valid and clean driver’s license and DMV record.
- Experience repairing and servicing general machinery, preferred.
- Commercial refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical experience, preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and reasoning ability.
- Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Relationship management and customer service skills.
- Flexibility, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
- DOT Certification
- Medium work, ability to lift, and physical strength required.
