Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales of consulting services to medium-sized businesses
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Ability to apply structured sales methodologies and manage a complete sales cycle
- Hunter mindset and strong results orientation
- High level of autonomy, initiative, and motivation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with prospecting and managing rejection
