Job Description
Abilities First is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher for our LaGrange School Program in Poughkeepsie, NY. The teacher will be responsible for assessing individual student needs, creating lesson plans, and supervising classroom staff.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Special Education with NYS Teaching Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field with graduate level coursework in Special Education and NYS Provisional Certification or Certificate of Qualification
- Valid NYS driver's license
