We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our team at ablefy, a fast-growing B2B2C platform at the intersection of SaaS and fintech. The role involves working directly with the Chief of Staff and existing leaders to set up and improve KPIs, build and refine processes, and ensure operational success.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of full-time experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of actively shaping results.
- Experience in B2B2C platforms, SaaS, fintech, or transactional businesses (strong plus).
- Demonstrated real-world impact and strong business sense, regardless of academic background in business or engineering.
- Proven ability as a 'doer' who identifies broken systems and unseized opportunities and fixes them independently.
- Intrinsic motivation, the ability to think ahead, and a natural bias for action.
- Strong generalist skillset with the ability to connect operational decisions to commercial outcomes and context-switch between various departmental KPIs.
- High level of autonomy, capable of working without being chased or hand-held.
- Ambitious yet collaborative mindset characterized by curiosity, ownership, and hunger.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (e.g., n8n, Claude Code) and the ability to build automations for an agentic future.
- Fluency in German and full proficiency in English.
