Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Chief Building Engineer to support the operations, maintenance, and repair of building systems within a commercial or industrial facility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or engineering
- 3+ years of experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating building operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and building automation systems (BAS)
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations, NFPA codes, and safety standards
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
