Job Description
ABM is looking for a Certified Engineer to support the daily operations of all building systems, including hard surface maintenance and repair, basic carpentry and metal work, operating, maintaining and repairing all facility system equipment associated with HVAC operations and mechanical and electrical systems.
Requirements
- Formal knowledge of HVAC Components
- Experience commensurate with the specific facility
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Highest-level relevant state/local license for Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC
- Universal level refrigerant recovery license
- Computer skills and building automation systems experience
- Certification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training requirements
- EPA 608 Certified
