Job Description
The Chief Engineer is responsible for supervising the engineering department, implementing and documenting site safety plans, and overseeing the physical plant. They will also assist the facility manager with operational and capital projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive operations experience
- Strong employee relation skills, coaching skills, and training skills
- State/local license for Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC
- Universal level refrigerant recovery license
- BOMA accredited courses desirable
- Computer skills and building automation systems experience
