Job Description
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a skilled Field HVAC Technician to support HVAC systems across multiple retail and restaurant facilities within a two-hour radius of Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on light maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting of rooftop HVAC units (RTUs). No overnight travel is required.
Requirements
- Inspect and maintain rooftop HVAC units at client sites.
- Perform light maintenance tasks like replacing filters, cleaning coils, and clearing drains.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues and report findings to contractors.
- Test system operation and record temperature readings.
- Manage on-site contractor repairs and verify post-repair functionality.
- Submit and close work orders.
- Comply with ABM and client policies and procedures.
