Job Description
ABM is seeking a Field Services HVAC Technician to support a client focused on reducing energy consumption for retail and restaurant facilities. The role involves light maintenance, inspections, and energy audits on rooftop HVAC units within a two-hour radius of Washington, DC. Technicians work independently and return home nightly, receiving a company vehicle, tools, and fuel card.
Requirements
- Perform inspections and light maintenance on rooftop HVAC units.
- Conduct energy audits using metering devices.
- Replace filters, clean coils, and perform minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide detailed findings to contractors.
- Maintain accurate work orders and documentation.
- Follow ABM and client safety protocols.
