General Maintenance

The General Maintenance role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the building, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently.

Requirements

• Performing preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities
• Inspecting and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
• Repairing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Performing site surveys and documenting existing facility's equipment and conditions
• Maintaining and repairing equipment such as motors, pumps, air compressors, and HVAC units
• Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures
• Completing required training and administrative tasks
• Collaborating with account manager, project manager, contractors, and vendors
