Maintenance Technician

The General Maintenance is responsible for performing maintenance tasks to ensure the building, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role includes surveying, troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance on various systems within the facility.

Requirements

• Preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with account manager, project manager, contractors, and vendors
