Job Description
ABM is looking for a Maintenance Technician to complete preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities, responding to spills and emergency situations, and assisting in emergencies as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with electrical and HVAC systems (a plus)
- A minimum of 1-3 years experience in general building maintenance
- Computer skills to interact with building and computerized systems
- Certification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training requirements
