Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs for a variety of equipment, systems, and structures. This role involves response to spills and emergencies, adhering to safety regulations, and identifying best practices. Responsibilities include HVAC system repair, water treatment, electrical equipment repair, lighting maintenance, and assisting with cleaning and other duties.
Requirements
- Handle special work assignments and trouble calls.
- Adhere to quality levels and standard practices.
- Learn and follow appropriate safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections, report findings, and communicate any issues.
- Perform additional duties as needed, such as lighting, restroom maintenance, plumbing, equipment, etc.
