Job Description
This Maintenance Technician position is responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of a facility. The role involves routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. The position requires strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility.
- Perform basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain the building’s interior and exterior, including carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Assist in emergency situations.
