Job Description

The Lead Engineer role involves overseeing and coordinating all maintenance and operational activities for mechanical, electrical, and craft services.
Requirements
- Supervision and coordination of all activities concerning mechanical, electrical, and craft services.
- Handling special work assignments and trouble calls.
- Adherence to quality levels and standard practices.
- Training personnel in proper operating procedures.
- Enforce appropriate safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Operating and maintaining boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and refrigerant lines.
- Operating and maintaining electrical motors and engines.
- Maintaining and repairing all natural and manufactured gas lines.
- Maintaining electrical power distribution and auxiliaries.
