Responsible for the overall supervision of the engineering department, including installation, repair, and maintenance of facility equipment, and oversight of physical site upkeep for safety and health.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive operations experience
- 1st Class/1C Boilers license
- HVAC Certification, plus universal level refrigerant recovery license
- BOMA accredited courses
- High-rise Fire Safety Director, Haz-Mat Certification, Indoor Air Quality Certification, LEED Certification
