Job Description
ABM is looking for a Lead HVAC Technician to perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure building systems are operating efficiently.
Requirements
- Relevant trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software
