Job Description
ABM Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance, respond to service requests, and assist with routine upkeep of facility spaces and equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid, unexpired driverâs license
- 1+ year of general maintenance, building operations, or related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
- Trade/vocational training is preferred but not required
- Ability to use standard maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with building staff and occupants
