Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across a variety of campus facilities. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment by performing light mechanical repairs, general upkeep, and routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and clear drains
• Replace ceiling tiles, lamps, air filters, and fire extinguishers
• Conduct touch-up painting in common areas and mechanical rooms
• Maintain and repair door hardware, blinds, and furniture
• Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing materials and cleaning equipment
• Report safety hazards and larger maintenance issues to the appropriate team
• Follow ABM and client safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Support seasonal and event-related maintenance needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
