Job Description
To efficiently manage and support the continual running of the technical services & fabric maintenance contract on a day-to-day basis at the Trafford Centre on behalf of ABM Technical Solutions.
Requirements
- City & Guilds Technical qualifications – Electrical (preferred)
- Electrical and Multi Skilled
- L8 (legionella awareness), IPAF (working at height)
- Smart appearance, presentable
- Logical thinker in fault finding situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working within a team environment
- Able to work unsupervised
- Self-motivated
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, willing to accept change.
- Customer focused
- Willing to volunteer help
