Job Description
As an ABM cleaning/waste operative, the role is to deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and around the building to a high standard. The position is indoors and outdoors throughout the day, with a focus on waste management, health and safety, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Previous experience in waste management or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of waste disposal and recycling practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Strong communication skills to interact with management, tenants and members of the public
- Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling tasks related to waste handling
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, overnight and cover holidays
