Job Description
ABM Facility Services UK is seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Waste Operative for night shifts at a prominent client location in Darlington. The role requires a strong team player capable of working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Efficiently perform janitorial and waste management tasks within a warehouse environment.
- Maintain cleanliness in welfare areas, social areas, and production floors.
- Handle waste produced on-site according to approved waste streams, ensuring it is adequately prepared for removal.
- Respond promptly to spillages and calls from the client’s on-site team.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and the line manager.
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations by wearing appropriate PPE.
- Work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
- Complete necessary training on cleaning methods and equipment.
