• Replace fuses
• Install outlets, switches, and fixtures
• Perform basic plumbing maintenance
• Run snake
• Cut PVC pipe
• Patching dry wall
• Painting
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance
• Replacing filters
• Thermostats
• Fan inspections
• Ensuring proper operation of equipment & systems in the building
• Adequately fill out work order and preventive maintenance documentation
