Job Description
Maintenance Technician completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues, including installation and repair jobs.
Requirements
- Evaluate, repair, maintain, and install plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Communicate with facilities management about outside expert assistance
- Receive and respond to reports of mechanical or maintenance issues
- Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete tasks or projects
- Proficient with instruments and tools required for job responsibilities
