Job Description
The Maintenance Technician's primary responsibility is to assist in the general operational maintenance and repair of the community's physical location, communicating and coordinating tasks to accomplish repairs to building and equipment systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior work experience in maintenance of 3 years minimum
- Excellent mechanical skills (HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting etc.)
- Basic familiarity with computers
