Job Description
The General Maintenance Technician completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.
Requirements
- Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring plumbing, electrical instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures
- Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
- Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary
- Assist in client, site or customer emergencies as needed
- Independently executes multi-trade maintenance supporting asset reliability
- Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots plumbing and facility issues
- Completes drywall repairs and medium projects and provides task guidance
- Intermediate Proficiency In: Plumbing systems (troubleshooting leaks, pipe repairs, and fixture replacements), full drywall repairs, large scale painting, floor installation, adjusting doors, conducting preventative maintenance tasks, and ability to work safely from lift as needed
