Abnormal AI is seeking a Sales Analytics Manager to lead the company's analytics ecosystem, driving data-driven decisions and scaling self-service analytics across the revenue organization. The ideal candidate has a strong AI-first mindset, expertise with Gong, Sigma Computing, and Snowflake, and 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics at a B2B SaaS company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics at a B2B SaaS company
- Production-level experience with Sigma Computing
- Hands-on experience with Gong Forecasting configuration, dashboard development, and driving platform rollouts across an AE organization
- Proficiency querying and building on Snowflake as a data warehouse
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model
- Strong SQL skills for pipeline validation, ad hoc analysis, and data quality debugging
- AI-first mindset with experience evaluating and deploying AI tools within analytics workflows
