Job Description
Abode Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to work in a supportive housing facility in Redwood City, CA. The role involves performing maintenance functions, working with the janitorial team, and interacting with diverse populations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 3 years' experience in Unit Turnover or Residential Maintenance
- Use of personal vehicle and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance, along with a clean DMV record, is required
