Job Description
Abode Services is seeking a Service Coordinator for our programs in Alameda County. The Service Coordinator provides housing services to individuals who are homeless, including counseling, referrals, and individualized housing plans. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of case management experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field
- 2 years case management experience providing services to homeless or low-income individuals and/or families
- Driving and transportation of participants when required
- Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend hours as needed
